Membership LOH ANNOUNCEMENT about Ms. Oinker: Chapter members can sign-up for the chapter's Ms. Oinker Contest at any chapter meeting. The member's bike mileage is recorded and then rechecked at the NEXT  scheduled chapter meeting. The member who traveled the most mileage wins Ms. Oinker and gets to take her for the month until she is awarded to someone else the following month for the highest mileage.. Our chapter's photographer "FLASH" will be creating a Ms. Oinker Album on our Gallery Page. Pictures of the monthly mileage winners will be posted in the Ms. Oinker album. Please feel free to take pictures to record Ms. Oinker's travels. Send these photos in to Flash and he will post them in the album. So please remember to SIGN UP for Ms. Oinker at the NEXT chapter meeting. See the LOH officer to sign-up before the meeting. Good luck and have FUN!!

The month of MAY is "Motorcycle Awareness Month" which is aimed at motorists in cars and trucks. The Motorcycle Safety Foundation has a dedicated web page FOR CAR DRIVERS. Although the safety campaign targets other drivers, we as motorcyclists can also benefit from the wealth of information found on this website. Please share this information with all your family, friends, and work associates for their motoring safety awareness when sharing the roadways with  motorcyclists.

The planning stages of our upcoming KEYNOTE RIDE on Sunday, June 8th, 2008 are well underway. This will be our 5th Annual "Ride for Angels" with all the proceeds benefiting the Mike Conley Hospice House in Clermont (FL). Volunteers to assist with this event are very much appreciated and NEEDED. Door prizes, auction items, and other event resources are being solicited with written authorization from Hospice.
